The Teacher Assistant (TA) to Teach Program at Ramapo College empowers individuals to become full-time, qualified educators. Teacher Assistants (TAs) and paraprofessionals are put on a fast-track to obtain their teaching certifications in elementary and special education.

Benefits of the TA to Teacher program:

  • Students complete the necessary coursework to earn their B.S. in Elementary Education and Teaching Certification
  • Students have the option to seamlessly transition to the MA in Special Education 
  • Scholarships and financial aid will be available
